Ms. Sapna YR

Ms. Sapna brings over 29 years of rich and diverse experience in the CRO/CRAMS space in business development, strategy, and marketing within the Drug Discovery and Development contract services industry.

She is the Chief Business Officer and Strategic Business Lead for the pre-clinical SBU of Veeda (Bioneeds).

Playing a pivotal role Sapna has been with the organization for the last 8 years and has been instrumental in driving growth of the Bioneeds business with commendable leadership, commitment, and dedication.

Prior to joining Bioneeds, she held key roles at leading organizations, including Dr. Reddy’s group—Aurigene Discovery Technologies, CPS, Molecular Connections, Jubilant Biosys, and Advinus Therapeutics (TATA Group).

In these roles, she has successfully initiated and led numerous high-impact collaborations and forged strategic partnerships, particularly with global pharmaceutical and agrochem global giants delivering significant business results.

As the Group Product Manager at Natural Remedies, she played a pivotal role in launching several market-leading products. Ms. Sapna holds an MBA in General Management from IIM Bangalore, a Diploma in Computer Programming, and degrees in both Science and Education.

A seasoned, accomplished leader and strategic thinker, Ms. Sapna excels in developing innovative strategies and go-to-market approaches across a variety of sectors, including Pharma, Agrochemicals, and Medical Devices.

She has been instrumental in implementing commercial strategies and driving strategic initiatives that have significantly enhanced growth and operational excellence within these industries.
