Mr. Manmohansinh Chauhan

Mr. Manmohansinh Chauhan has transitioned into an interim CHRO role and is responsible to prepare and implement HR policies, processes, and systems for ensuring the career development of staff, and performance assessment systems.

Working on long-term impact initiatives for the organization, he will also be responsible to revamp staff onboarding, rewards and recognition systems, and succession planning across all four strategic business units (SBUs).

Since 2019, Mr. Manmohansinh has been working closely with management to establish a performance management system and has undertaken several organizational development projects within the HR domain.

He is actively involved in the recruitment of employees, formulating HR policies, and ensuring compliance for the organization.

Prior to Veeda, Mr. Manmohansinh has worked with Otsuka Pharmaceutical, GLPC Limited, the Development Support Agency of Gujarat, and Fast Track management consultants.

He has secured a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources and is a Graduate in Chemistry from Gujarat University.
