Mr. Vinayak Prabhakar Shenvi

Mr. Vinayak Prabhakar Shenvi brings over two decades of distinguished expertise in private equity, venture capital investments, and strategic business advisory to the Board.

Mr. Shenvi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from M. S. Dahanukar College of Commerce, University of Bombay, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having successfully completed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which forms the foundation of his deep financial acumen and analytical expertise.

Mr. Shenvi currently serves as Designated Partner and Chief Investment Officer at CX Advisors LLP, where he has been instrumental in driving the organization’s investment strategy and portfolio management initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Shenvi pursued entrepreneurial leadership where he was the Founding Partner of Xponentia Capital Partners LLP, a firm that provides mid-market Investment Management services and is focused on catalyzing sustainable growth by providing both capital and capabilities to portfolio companies through a uniquely developed Value Creation Strategy.

In the Banking and Venture Capital industry, Mr. Shenvi’s professional journey includes his tenure with Citibank N.A., where he served as Director in Venture Capital Investments.

With over 22 years of comprehensive experience in private equity and investment advisory, Mr. Shenvi has developed deep sector expertise across multiple industries.

His investment experience spans information technology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, banking and financial services, metals, infrastructure, and textiles sectors.

This diverse portfolio management experience enables him to provide strategic insights into complex business environments and market dynamics.
